The Great America YouTube page has five roller coasters and POV videos that show you all, and you should definitely be able to visit your chosen location when you're in San Jose. The tallest building in the San Francisco Bay Area, the Golden Gate Bridge, is a masterpiece of postmodern architecture. This 550,000 square foot structure features art exhibitions, including an interactive sculpture called the Idea Tree, an eight-story viewing window and 360-degree views of the bay.

The museum's Discovery Youth program offers fifth to 12th graders a taste of technology from neighboring Silicon Valley. The aim is to give visitors an insight into the computer technology that is being brought to life within the walls of various Silicon Valley companies.

The minimum age for participation is 10 years and it is located just a few miles from San Jose, so plan to include a day in Great America in your itinerary. The park is only open seasonally, but if you are not at a meeting or show interest, a quick visit to the mural on the Idea Tree should be part of your trip. In this area, it would be a shame not to make the trip to visit one of the Bay Area's most popular parks, Golden Gate Park in San Francisco.
